Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Steel Fixers who are skilled in cutting, bending, and fitting steel bars and mesh for reinforced concrete structures. The ideal candidate must be able to read technical drawings and work accurately to prepare reinforcement for slabs, beams, columns, and foundations.
Responsibilities:

Read and interpret structural drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS)
Cut, bend, and shape steel bars as per specifications
Position, tie, and fix rebar for slabs, columns, beams, and foundations
Secure reinforcement using binding wire, spacers, and supports
Ensure proper alignment, measurements, and strong reinforcement structure
Inspect work for accuracy and compliance with project standards
Work closely with site supervisors and follow safety guidelines

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Steel Fixer in construction projects
Ability to read and understand drawings and BBS
Familiarity with rebar cutting, bending, and tying techniques
Strong understanding of reinforced concrete works
Physically fit and capable of working in site conditions
Transferable Iqama preferred
