Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Shuttering Carpenters skilled in constructing formwork for concrete structures, including beams, columns, slabs, and foundations. The ideal candidate must be able to interpret construction drawings and work independently or as part of a team on large-scale projects.
Responsibilities:

Build, assemble, and install formwork for concrete pouring
Construct molds for slabs, beams, columns, and foundations
Measure, cut, and shape wood, plywood, and metal formwork materials
Read and interpret construction drawings and work specifications
Ensure proper alignment and leveling of shuttering structures
Dismantle formwork after concrete has set
Maintain tools and follow safety procedures on-site

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Shuttering/Formwork Carpenter
Ability to read drawings and measure accurately
Experience in commercial or industrial construction projects
Strong understanding of concrete formwork techniques
Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding site conditions
Transferable Iqama preferred
